I went for an inspection. It was scheduled for 11am. They didn’t even start until 2:45pm and I didn’t get my car back until 6pm. It took 7 hours to inspect my vehicle and replace windshield wipers. When I finally got my vehicle back, I didn’t receive a single apology about the wait. On top of that, they charge $30 more than other shops. They are overpriced, slow, unprofessional and if I could give negative stars I would. I will never go back.
They do good work but they are extremely slow
Most expensive oil change I have ever received. Would have been nice to know the price beforehand. The entire oil change also took about an hour and a half with no other customers there.
I stopped in early before work since they open early mornings. The customer service was excellent and they helped me with my car issue quickly. I will absolutely be taking my car back if I have any other issues. Thabks!
