Came in to get my oil change and Dianna was nice, she explained the services that my car needed and why. They took picture so I could see exactly where the damage was, im impressed. MONRO is taking it a step up in the service department.
Stopped in to see if they were busy and they took me right in to replace my cabin air filter. Every one was extremely nice. Shout out to Kyle and Dianna and Erin! Thanks for being fast and funny best day ever!
Had an uncommon problem from driving through the high snow. Stopped on my way home from work to see if they could help. They did and had me on my way home about 30 mins! Good people!
Best place I have been in a while! Needed tires took me right in they still have the B1G1 Nexen tires I was so happy to see that with money being tight. Dianna, Thomas, Erin and Kyle were very professional and always went the extra mile for me. Thank You for what you do everyday.
