Great service, always friendly
Avoid Monro Avalon & West View Locations I had an 8:00 AM appointment at the Avalon, PA location (which was supposed to open at 7:30 AM) but the door was locked without anyone visible. I wasn’t alone. There were three other customers also waiting, two of whom had appointments as well. I called customer service who reached out to the manager at that location. I went for an inspection. It was scheduled for 11am. They didn’t even start until 2:45pm and I didn’t get my car back until 6pm. It took 7 hours to inspect my vehicle and replace windshield wipers. When I finally got my vehicle back, I didn’t receive a single apology about the wait. On top of that, they charge $30 more than other shops. They are overpriced, slow, unprofessional and if I could give negative stars I would. I will never go back.
