Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled time off work and had an appointment to get my car inspected at Monro in West View. When I arrived, the place was completely closed—even though their hours clearly state they’re open on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. No one bothered to call me or give any notice whatsoever. I wasted my time and lost income for nothing. This is an incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible way to run a business. I won’t be going back.
Visibly drunk technician tried to charge me $2,600 for a suspension job that a dealership quoted me at $1,800 for. Dealerships typically run far higher than your average auto shop so that just goes to show how much this place is ripping people off. Do not have your car worked on here under any circumstance. This was me giving them a second chance, last time I was here they put the wrong size tires on my car and also mismatched the front and back tires with different sizes, unbelievable incompetence. I stopped in to get an oil change and at the time of arrival I was the only customer. It took an hour and 40 minutes to change my oil.
