I had an exceptional experience here! I got a flat tire on the way to the zoo with my 3 young kids. Immediately upon driving up, I was greeted and assured they could help. Noticing the kids, they welcomed us into the lobby and put Disney cartoons on to keep the kids occupied. It was a simple gesture of kindness, and it helped pass the time while they quickly and expertly got us a new tire. Before we knew it, we were back on our way. Thank you Monro for all the help!

I had a new starter installed in December 2024 which cost me over $1,700 and the vehicle died on me this past Monday in the middle of a city intersection during morning rush hour. I had people help me push it to the side of the road. A jump was attempted by a tow truck only to learn it was not the battery or alternator. I paid $135 to have it towed to a safe place.
