I brought my daughter’s car in because she had a screw in her tire. They were able to take the car in right away and look at it and patched the tire all within 30 minutes! The service was incredible and I am constantly astounded at what a great group of guys work at this shop! They are honest and trustworthy, and I appreciate that so much! As a single woman, to know I’m not being taken advantage of is incredibly comforting. I will definitely be bringing my cars in for service and repair to this shop for a long time to come!
John does a great job, is personable, and they give fair prices with quick turn around. I would hope that his company starts recognizing how he (and the other members of his team) improved the Monroe name over the last 4 years. I bring my mom and sister here for work to be done. 4 years ago I would not have recommended them. Keep up the good work!
Excellent customer service. Quick service. John, the manager was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.
They were very professional! Lewis and John are amazing! Got me in within 30 minutes of calling and were super nice!! Def would go there again if I had tire problems!
