I've had multiple great experiences with this shop. John has been exceptional to work with. I walk away from the shop knowing that my car is being properly diagnosed and repaired. I have only gotten clear communication and assurances when I come in with vehicle challenges. I can leave the shop feeling I was given a quality repair for a very reasonable price compared to dealer pricing, which has also been a big win. Thank you John and the whole team at Monro!

He is knowledgeable, informative, honest, and goes above and beyond in customer service. He is an absolute asset to the facility and the customers.
