Bill and Brian are great guys. They take care of their customers. Would absolutely recommend.
I changed this review, I was there in march and it was the worst service I had there, and will not be returning. They kept trying to upsell things i didnt need. They said I need to replace my whole exhaust system because there was a small leak. They wanted 1500.00 I went to autozone and got a few things and fixed it for under 50.00 and took it somewhere else to finish the expection. They did good work. Kept me informed of what was happening
Generally, I do my own mechanical work. But when I need something done above my level of expertise, I bring it here. Pricing is beyond fair, mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. I had a confusing issue with my truck, that I kept trying to address with mixed results. I went to a dealership service desk to discuss the matter and got nowhere. I brought my truck to Monro, they knew what the issue was, addressed it, and had me back on the road same day.
My family has been going here for over 10 years for basic things and a few major items with several vehicles of different makes and models. They have always done us right and been precise with diagnosis of issues. Bill and his staff are fair and efficient. Highly recommend.
