Bill the manager is great and the team does good work. They will work with you and are not just trying to make money off of you. My husband and I will be using them from now on.
Monro's service at this location is top notch. The customer service was above any other, no sales pressure just clear & precise explanations. I went in planning to pay for 2 new tires and the alignment etc. They checked the car over first & found this in my tire (amazingly it was missed at the garage I was encouraged to use through the place I got the car). They even fit me in for the inspection while I was there. Needless to say, I will not be going anywhere else. Thanks!!
The staff were helpful and friendly. I went there for an exhaust system upgrade. I brought the upgraded system with me. They installed it in timely fashion, they answered all my questions with knowledge. I really appreciate the staff at store #251.
Professional and honest service at a fair price. Communication is top notch and the honesty on repairs that need done and what can wait is very refreshing! Bill and Mike and there techs have been very kind and honest with everything and always back up there work. There service is so good I now take my car and my wife’s car there for any repairs needed!
