The online store, what they actually have in stock, and the call center for appointments all have completely different prices. The call center quoted me for tires that were 5 times cheaper then anything the manager there said they carried. Just to get something twice the quoted price i had to special order in and have installed on a different day.
Sold me a defective tire and then tried to act like it was my fault the brand new tire I bought YESTERDAY was flat. This place sucks
Some trashy woman in the store swearing in front of her kids will butt into your conversation and start swearing at you that you’re taking up her time when you’re both customers. Disgusting place
I went in to get my inspection done but forgot some documents, Mike was very patient with me and helped me figure out how to email them over and print them out for me. Once all that was taken care of he went right in and my inspection was done before I even knew it. THANK YOU
