Had some serious issues trying to get work done right with my Jeep. Was a bit hectic for a bit, but today, I brought my Jeep home after Rick and an employee made time to get it done right and though I JUST brought it home, I can feel the difference. Caught Rick trying to cover up and trick me to pay for a part not needed on my jeep. My GPS and his messages with other evidence being submitted for possible criminal charges with litigation. BBB already notified with Attorney Generals Office next with a trip to DAs office to talk to a prosecutor. NY Headquarters also informed and provided with my Notice of Intent to file suit. If you used them and had more then one part replaced for an issue, I'd question what you paid for.
