The young lady and older guy helped me out quickly I was in a bind they got the job done in 1 hour I’m a truck driver and I’m home during the week so they helped me out and got it done thank you
Had a flat tire, and they did a quick job of fixing it even though they were busy. No issues with plug, thank you.
I feel bad leaving this review as it's not specific to this location but more based on their website. The employees working here seemed nice. I secured an appointment on their website, drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told that they don't have the staffing to do an oil change. If I had known their website was not reliable I would have called to confirm the appointment. The learning - don't allow people to schedule an appointment if you can't live up to that commitment.
Our niece goes to Bloomsburg University and her starter went out in her car. We’re from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and we picked Mr. Tire because they gave us the best price. My communication with Andrew, the repair technician was a great experience. Andrew was very nice and professional and handled everything over the phone to accommodate my needs.
