Dishonest, Dishonest, Dishonest, and Dishonest. If you don't believe me, read the complaints on this website and facebook. One customer could have lost her life after her tire rod fell off. Don't believe me, review the post and see the picture below. The shop reimbursed her. The woman should have sued the company. Wonder how many past customers weren't so lucky, and suffered the ultimate sacrifice of life or serious injury due to a blotched, rushed, and substandard job repair?
This was a good shop until a new guy name Dave who is currently operating this location. I had a real bad experience with him. I had a major service including timing belt, brakes, fuel injection system, inspection,etc. He told me to drop the car on the scheduled date and promised me to call me if he couldn't complete the job the same day. I waited till 6pm and he did not call. Then I thought he did not complete the job, so I waited next morning and called, but no answer. Based on my experience it's obvious that the staff here could care less about their work and the customers. Save yourself the trouble and $$ and look elsewhere.
The worst service I have ever dealt with. Had a noon appointment for an oil change and was told when I showed up they could hopefully get me in within the next hour. I was on my lunch break so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. He FOLLOWED me out to my car and continued to fight with me outside about how riduculous it was I couldn't wait until they were ready. The main guy who talks to you in the front told me you should fix the small stuff then fix the big issues............that should tell you all you need to know. Then i went to a place that actually cared and pretty much said why should you waste your money on small stuff when the car doesn't move. Fix the big things then you can worry about the small things.
Stay away from these guys. They sell you on spending more money on upgrading services that will only cost you more later. Don't trust them!
Stay away if you can. Never delivers the service on time. Always tries to get you to choose "upgrade" services. And they themselves can't explain what's being charged. The end results is always the same, you are over charged. I found this place to be dis-honest.
