Fast and courteous customer service, Jesse notified me every step of the way and helped me find the best deals on tires. Not cheap tires, but the good ones I wanted. Got a good deal. It cost a little more for everything than I may have paid going to the dealership but that's because I have rewards there, however they couldn't get me in for 4 weeks and I needed help now. Monro got me in on the day I was looking for and even though they had my car most of the day, I was updated by phone throughout the day.
Staff at Titusville is amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast too. Only reason for 4 stars is the prices are a bit much

They overcharge you. They do things to your car you don't need. And if you have any sort of leak, they have 0 idea of how to look or find the leak.
Price was increased from 76 dollars on a tire mount and balance 4 months prior to 186 dollars this time with the only difference being my wife took the car instead of me. Price gouging because of a women being there is unacceptable. You lost any chance of me being a repeat customer. 46 dollars a tire to mount and balance is unbelievable and im shocked you’re still in business. Complete joke.
