Great experience with getting tires. Staff was fantastic.
No mechanic on weekend
I had some warranty work done here for Carvana / Silver Rock. These guys are hard working, thorough, professional and efficient. They worked hard to get the work approved and completed and I would not hesitate to take your vehicle here for the same purpose! Thank you, fellas.
I called and booked an appointment on a Sunday. But they use a call center that didn't know that they were not open on Sunday. The store was closed and it was too late to find another mechanic that day. I don't have anything to say about the service at this location. But I missed work and had to spend 150 on a hotel because Monro booked me an appointment at a shop that was closed. Maddening.
