Do not trust this place! I took my daughter’s car to this store and they said it needed over $5000 in repairs which included back brakes and rotors. I was shocked! I needed another opinion so I took it to our Acura service department. They found nothing on the car that needed servicing and said the brakes had 8000 miles left before needing replacement. I will never take any of our cars back there.

When you give a customer a quote, it should probably include all of your hidden shop fees, etc. Will not be returning.

Absolutely a fucking joke. Ripped my Son off and charged him $70 in labor for an oil change. DO NOT GO HERE

Total cheats! They gave me a quote for belts today--including the timing belt--and told me it was urgent because they were cracked. I took it for a second opinion and was informed that without taking apart the engine--which I know they didn't do--there was no way to tell if the timing belt was cracked or not. Not only that, the other shop's estimate for the EXACT SAME WORK on the utter belts--which they assured me was *not* an emergency, was almost $200 less than Monro's.
