Very quick, called at 2pm to get a 5pm appointment and had my tire replaced by 5:40
They got me in almost immediately got my tire patched and got me back on the road in 45 minutes.
Jim hooked me up he’s a good guy and got me together on my tires he did not push me to buy stuff I didn’t need he’s a good fella
In and out tire patching in about 30 minutes. Super friendly staff!
I have been taking both our vehicles here for service, tires, and repairs for five years since moving here from n.e.Ohio. The shop is clean and the service is great. My only complaint is the process of making an appointment. This process is farmed out and never is accurate with the shops schedule. I would recommend eliminating this step and having my call go through to my local dealer since they have to call me to set an accurate time frame for the service anyway...
