Very polite staff Very knowledgeable and compassionate I will be back for my Auto Problems As for the 3rd party towing company I don't have any thing nice to say about that. I was very upset with the tow company (not affiliated with Monroe Tire and auto service) Thank You for understanding my situation and thank You for the prompt service.
I had an emergency with my rear driver side tire and called around on Labor Day. it was hard since most shops are closed however I looked up Monroe and they took me in right away and found out that my tire was repairable! I'm so glad I came to Monroe they saved my day!

Brian was incredibly accommodating and guiding me for brakes for my Mercedes. It was no pressure, and service with a smile. As a clueless human, I felt super relieved and all stress melted away. 🤍 Also Percy the shop security is adorable!
Brian was phenomenal, great customer service and made sure he had the parts before we got there, knew it was sort of an emergency situation that it be finished that Saturday, got us in immediately, had to out source parts from near by. He definitely went the extra mile and the prices were fair.
