Great job at short notice
Quick, knowledgeable and friendly service. I came in on a Sunday without an appointment for a check engine light at the Monro Muffler/Brake & Service on Eisenhower Blvd., Justin and Riley took my vehicle in, even with it being busy and only the two of them working. I’m not a car guy but I did use a code reader and did some research on the P0126 code causing the check engine light trigger. The shop’s diagnosis of a faulty thermostat matched what I found. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Monro Auto & Tire is. 2 hours in to a 9 hr trip my tire blew out on the turnpike. I came into the shop and everyone was amazing. They didn't hesitate to help. My tire was not in stock so Trishal offered to drive me to another tire dealer to pick it up. ABOVE AND BEYOND DOESN'T START TO COVER IT!! Special thank to Trishal for being that calm and help in a storm (literally!). Thank you to everyone. Highly recommend!!!!
No nonsense, To-the-point and relevant service at a reasonable price. They get all my cars in and out and keep me posted the entire time. Trishal is a Rockstar. Dakota, Justin and Riley are excellent and great at what they do.
