Continued from prior post. Had to have significant part of exhaust system on Subaru Forester replaced. Monroe service order new kit and installed. New exhaust was OEM non subaru and was very noisy. Monroe service then got subaru mufflers to replace the OEM mufflers. Runs great and quiet. Monroe’s manager Jim very helpful and easy to work with. What could have been a difficult situation turned out well due to his helpfulness
Super friendly service... And fast! I didn't get anyone's names, but everyone who helped was awesome to deal with. I had a nail in my tire on my way to work. They had me back up and running within 20 minutes of getting there. Thanks, guys (and girl!)!!

I took a fleet managed Malibu in last year for tires and alignment. The tech said he didn't want to do the rear because it was too hard, but the manager told him to just do it. They didn't have the right size wheel weights so they stacked smaller ones. I was in there for 5 hours for this work. When I drove off the lot, there was a loud metal clanking. I drove right back.
