I had a slow leak in my rear tire I called and the new management told me sure come right in we can take care of you in a timely manner. I showed up and after some paperwork they had it on the rack fixing my tire. I sure do appreciate the fast service and the up front honest response.
I pay cash for parts. They never gave me receipt. Now I go in when I was told to (the parts would be there) and I’m told they don’t know anything about that. They’re refusing to give me a refund and saying they need to see receipt. THEY NEVER GAVE ME ONE! I called the 1800 number as said in other replies to reviews and they hung up on me after over an hour on hold! What kind of business is this!??!!????!
First one worker wrote on a piece of paper to make me pay cash I had a Groupon for a four wheel alignment they made me pay an extra $64 when got there then when I came back to get my car I was worst then he told me they didn’t have the parts to do the alignment and didn’t give me my money back I had to go to Firestone and pay another $120 and now I need new tires
Came in to see if their credit card was machine was working yet. Was told it’s still down. Thought it was weird the last few times I’ve came here it’s “cash only” & no receipt.
Friendly, fast and a fair price! Front brakes worked on right away. Excellent service!
