Jim is gone again. Went to Minieke in York. I just had my oil changed and the price went up 15 dollars since the last time. That is with a $15 off coupon. Guess I will have to check prices next time.

I’ve been living in Hanover for 5 years and Mr. Zehall always has taken care of me and my care. From headlights to tires. Quick fast service. Great customer service. Breaks down everything for people that don’t know too much about cars and I’m greatful for him.
I use to only take my vehicles here for oil changes because when I would get other work done the guy there would over price me and would witness him over price other people as well. But since they are under new management the guy there named Jim will take good care of whatever you need done at a fair price
I took my truck in for an alignment Aug. 12, 2012. the alignment was good but what they didnt do was bother to loosen the clamps on the tie rods the result is the tie rod boot is twisted up (like a pretezel) around the tie rod the amount of times it took to align the wheel. guess they thought no one would look under the truck.
This happened at the Monroe Muffler/Brake Service located at 5 Kuhn Drive Hanover, PA 17331. The store manager is Preston L. Bowers, Jr. I called this location on Friday asking about pricing for a front-end alignment. Preston, the manager told me the price was on special for $71.99. I thought that the price was high so I researched other stores and found every store cheaper than their price for the same alignment service.
