I stopped on a cold day. My tire pressure was down 5 PSI in each tire, so I needed some air. The new manager was very nice and happily put air in my tires. I have stopped other places and if you are not buying something, they really do not want to deal with just air. I always tip pretty well. I am happy to not have to get on the cold ground to put air in my tires. I will stop there again and I will return for more of the good service with a smile that I received! Cindy Rogers.
Unprofessional I brought my car here for an oil change/tire rotation. Prior to dropping my car off, I marked each of my tires to see if they would actually rotate them. After they had finished with my car, I asked the manager if my tires had been rotated. He assured me they had been, and yet when I checked my tires, they clearly had not been. When I confronted the manager, he denied the allegation. I am very disappointed and will never return to Monro and hope that this dishonesty will catch up with them.
I can't believe it!!! I paid Paul, the so called "manager" to put a radiator in my car. he did give me a good deal, and I thought I found a reputable shop. Come to find out, when i go to pick up my car after they closed, he actually ripped me off...bad. I drove the car home, thinking that maybe he could only find a used radiator, and thats why it was so cheap. My mistake for giving the benefit of the doubt!
