Said my tie rods were loose, so I replaced them myself, for no reason, because they weren't loose, nor worn badly whatsoever. The inners were low on grease but the bellows never leaked; outers were good. All OEM. Seems a way to get out of setting an alignment because they were behind. I've had work done at multiple locations and have never felt like they pushed unnecessary work to be done. Correction: I have been to a different location that was absolutely terrible. Tried to charge way too much. Also, this large national "chain" is not interconnected, so other shops can't see what work I've had done at other locations and can't provide warranties. Wtf is the good of being a chain? Newark location is awesome and still deserves 5 stars but I'm taking two away.
Great guys to work with. Were able to find, diagnose and fix in a quick fashion. In and out in one day. Highly recommend!
