My car broke down close to this place so I had it towed here. They told me what they thought was wrong with it and started working on it. They had my car for three months and quit giving me updates on my car. Anytime I called they would not answer. If I called from a different number they would answer. After three months they had no diagnostic paperwork and just had me pay for a couple parts with no labor which was nice. They said the engine had a warped cylinder after having it for 3 months and that I needed a new engine.
2nd time I have been in this shop for tire related work in 24 months. Excellent service and communication. Reasonable pricing and excellent value. Thank you!
Everything was explained well and thoroughly. The gentlemen were polite and helpful. Overall a great experience.
Said they were open til five. Showed up at 330 and no one was here and the store was closed. No sign on door, nothing.
