Brake pads were installed incorrectly
Woke up to a flat tire yesterday morning. Giant screw in rear driverside. Filled it up and ran my ass to Tire Choice! They plugged and patched it and had me back on the road in 20 mins. Dont wanna say what the charged me because it was so low you wouldnt believe me. Great guys, great shop, great service!!!
I was in and out within 25mins of getting my tire repaired! They were amazing!
I was out getting some errands done and came out of Aldi to find I had a flat. I had my daughter and grandkids with me so I called Tire choice Auto right across the street and they were booked solid but took me in right away. I was hoping to get the tire plugged but the technician found the inside of tire was bald with exposed wires. An hour later we were back on the road with 2 new rear tires. I received great service at a great price I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
I retired from Firestone many years ago and I have been in many stores over the years and have always been satisfied but I have to say that the North Olmsted store shined the brightest in all my history. In the beginning of my career I actually worked in store sales administration. I asked if they wouldn't mind cleaning the inside of my windshield as my hands are disabled and it's hard for me to do that sort of thing. They cleaned the entire car and I am so grateful!
