Absolutely horrible. Don't bother making an appointment because they won't keep it. If you drop your car off and they'll tell you they'll get to it that night or first thing in the next morning they still won't do it.

Waste of time they wasted my time I called them told them I got a tire puncture on my left side tire the representative picked up the phone. I asked her do you guys work on Tesla’s and she said yes and made an appointment for 1:00 PM today. I got a phone call later. ☆☆☆☆ I came to this place for a wheel alignment and had a really frustrating experience. I drove 20 minutes—twice—on two separate weekends because they scheduled me for an appointment, but when I showed up, they didn’t even have a technician available to do the alignment.
