Easy appointment system. great customer service. They told me about 45 minutes. Appointment was at 1:00 and I drove off at 1:45.
Walked in and stood there for 15 minutes zero acknowledgment from manager or the other associate working counter. All I wanted was a set of four tires. Could have been a quick easy sale
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Nothing was done. Truck was given back with no oil, low tire PSI and no fluids topped off. They denied it.
Noticed a screw of some sort in my tire today. Called around and found TireChoice to have the soonest opening. Took care of my car super quick which was great since I had my 13 month old daughter with me. Overall friendly, quick, and good work. Thanks guys!!
Was losing tire pressure as I was driving, called 20 minutes before technician Nick was off shift and he never made me feel like an inconvenience. So incredibly nice, on point, best experience anyone could have asked for in this situation. Highly recommend the shop but especially recommend Nick!!!
