Matt was absolutely wonderful he took time to look at my problem, I am very appreciative.
I came in yesterday and inquired about timing it would take to get breaks done. I was told it would only take a couple hours, but that they were short staffed that day. He told me that the next day (today) was wide open so I made an appointment at 9am. I’m still here 6 hours later and they don’t even have my break pads yet! I went over there to get a new tire after mine went flat. They replaced the tire just fine. Everything went OK, but they didn’t use their own jack. I had to bring my own, which is fine. But some random woman that works there came out and put the lug nuts back on my car and stripped them to high heaven and back, and when we went back over there because our caliper decided to snap and ask them to take the lug nuts off for us because they stripped them and I just see that as fair Basically told us to kick rocks and that they wo... read more
