Took my car in for a coolant leak. Was told it would cost over $800 to fix it. They had to replace one single radiator hose. Paid it, and the leak is not fixed! Wasted my money!

I got four tires mounted and balanced. I brought the set of new tires with me. The call center gave me a price of $30 for each tire, mounting, and $30 for each tire, balanced. When I tried to cancel the appointment, she transferred me to the store, where I got a reasonable/ correct cost. The guys at the store did a great job. I wanted alignment but the machine is broken. I hear it's been down for weeks. Now I need to go somewhere else for that. I've been visiting this store for many years. I hope to return in the future.

My daughter and I were on our way home from Georgetown to Columbus when we stopped in Mt. Orab to grab something to eat. When pulling out of the parking lot, my daughter hit the curb (new driver). About 15/20 minutes later my car notified me of low tire pressure. My tire was punctured on the sidewall and losing air very fast.
