Needed tires mounted, balanced and installed on a Saturday without an appointment. Under and hour, it was completed.
Fast paced, and very professional.
Had leak in tire. They found the leak and said it’s fixable. Next day it leaked worse and I had to go to my Dodge dealer. They found that the mechanic at Monroe did not remove the sticker from the repair patch. So no vulcanization happened. My dealer was so nice to fix it for free. Went back to Monroe. The claimed they could not give me money back on a shop repair. Don’t understand why, the did not fix the issue but I did pay for it. They gave me a $45 off for next visit. My water pump went out on my truck. They got me in the very next day to replace it. I also ask them to look at my front axle bearings as I was hearing a little noise. One was bad and they replaced it also. They also suggested I replace the serpentine belt as it was wearing thin and only charge me for the belt no labor. I was in and out in a few hours. I'm very happy with their service.
