Well over a week ago, My windshield wipers went out- said I could stop in for a quick diagnosis. They said it was the motor, they would look into parts and labor costs and call me when they have everything figured out so I could schedule the work. Still today nobody called. You would think they would want the business. I took it to NGC Automotive who had the work done for me in a day and a half-including the time it took waiting for parts.
Very fast and affordable. Very nice customer service.
Don’t trust them. Went for a second opinion on repairs needed, and told that I don’t even need them by reputable mechanics.
I have an old 99 Chevy that needed a lot done but it was my dads truck so it meant the world to me that they got it back running again! They are so kind and patient and did an amazing job!
Great place, with cool people working there. Devon was super helpful and you are far better off going here than any other tire place in Sandusky.
