I did an oil change at the Springboro location turns out the mechanic didn’t put my filter on tight which caused my Escalade to loose oil which caused major engine issues and a loud knocking noise from my engine and after going to them turns out they didn’t put my Mileage in the system and the mechanic that did my oil change was “ branded a bad mechanic “ by their regional office so they kept my car for 5 days just to make an excuse telling me that two bolts from my manifold are missing and that that could cause air to get i... read more

Bill Burns the new manager and his team did a great job on my 1966 Mustang. Other shops didn’t want to work on it because of its age. They have great customer service along with being able to do good repairs. I have add the do three break jobs on other cars over the last four months. All have been great experience

I usually do not take time to write reviews on local business' but this is one time I have to share my experience with this company. I was in Springboro for the week house sitting for a friend and needed an oil change. After reading past reviews with Monroe on Remick, which was just up the road from where I was staying, I went ahead and made an appointment before I had to travel back home. I am so glad I did! I usually go there to get my oil changed, because it is close to my house. They quoted me $1800 for a repair that I didn't need. The true problem was a belt broken in a tire that they didn't tell me about. I went to another car repair place and got a new tire.. problem fixed for $136 bucks, not $1800. Will never go back there again. Not even for an oil change.
