We repeatedly brought our car in for simple issues that were not addressed properly, and paid for repairs that didn't happen. After my car overheated and died on the interstate, it's at a different mechanic, which revealed much of the work wasn't done at all. I don't mind paying for repairs, but this has cost me thousands of additional dollars, and put me in an extremely dangerous situation.
5 hours for a crank shaft sensor, and an air filter. Just to be told an hour before closing “the new part doesn’t seem to like your car”. Now having to wait until the following “morning”, which means afternoon/closing time again. I usually get good service at this location but unfortunately today was not one of them.

Paid 2000 for my converters to get repaired and they only replaced the read converter and still charged me for it

Can’t get anything fixed. All they want to do sell new. Drop off a lawnmower tire that had a tube in it. Ask them to fix it they said tubes can’t be patched B.S. so I left them a new tube. No customers,all bays were empty. They told me it would be awhile they said they will call 27 hours later no call so I went to the store and ask if my tire was done they said it couldn’t be fixed because a hole in side wall!!! The tire has a nick in it that has been there for years. I told them that and I was told it was a liability I need... read more
RecommendedJames and the crew at the Monro Auto Center in Glenville, NY are awesome!! We had to get several items repaired on our daughter’s car before she had to head back to college and James was able to get the car right in and got everything repaired and even helped us out by giving us a brake on the price. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Thank you so much for helping us out and we will tell all our friends to go there for service.

Called for a slow leak in my tire earlier this week. They said “don’t worry, bring it in any time this week between 8 and 8:30 and we’ll have it done that same day.” No problem, the next day I go at 8:20ish to drop it off. No one was there and the store wasn’t opened. The very nice tech who was waiting to get into work to do his job explained that if I didn’t have an appointment scheduled, and the opening manager was any later, my car probably wouldn’t be done that same day, which I couldn’t leave it there overnight.
