This is my second awesome experience with this store! I was a little late for my appointment (at the end of the day) but they didn’t turn me away. I got great service, they explained things to me and even saved me money. I thought I needed a tire replaced but they inspected it and were honest in saying it didn’t look as if it had any issue. I’m so thankful to have a great place to take my car so close to home.
I can't express how grateful I am to this store. Amazing people and amazing work. I needed my brakes fixed. I set up an appointment at firestone and work in mt.vernon so my manager followed me down and drove me back to work for my appointment at 12. At 6 when she drove me back down nothing had been done. My car was up, tires off and they just did the inspection. Said my calibers siezed up and needed repair right away. Gary Benson promptly scheduled me for a brake inspection, after the dealer quoted me an exorbitant price on seemingly unnecessary work. Joel inspected them and installed new brake pads. I am well pleased with the good, old-fashioned, small town service. Thanks guys!
