Horrible, my car went in for an accident repair in July between the progressive and this place. I didn't receive my car back until Oct. 7th. Dave is a nice guy but talks to much about his private life. Get upset with basics service issues. Needs improvement.

I just want to say that the manager ALICIA of the Chesterland location that is working for the South Euclid location today is one of the most amazing employees I’ve had to the pleasure of meeting. Not only was she multitasking at 100 mph with a smile on her face but she has been super helpful to me and the older couple that drove from New York who needed new tires.
