Friendly service when I bought four brand new tires here 8 months ago. Less friendly with a complete lack of service when I found out that they installed my brand new tires wrong and I burned through the inside of the tire due to it.
They suck. I took my car here because of some shaking from under the car. The dude Sean gave me the run around and completely missed the diagnosis. He told me the sound was just coming from a broken panel under the car and that he called the dealership to get the part and he’d give me a call. Days went by and no call back. Dave was very attentive and pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about all things cars and many years of experience. Give them a try
We took my brother’s car to the one in South Euclid. Dave was the mechanic we dealt with, and he was fantastic. He always called us to keep us informed about the car’s progress, and he did an excellent job. He’s probably one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met.
