Last year my car had a service warning that my battery was low. The next day that warning was gone. Thinking the sudden frigid weather had something to do with it, I took my car to Tire Choice in South Euclid to make sure my car was fine. I needed an oil change anyhow. The manger very briefly showed me printed results of the battery test and said it needed to be replaced, so I said OK. I am not happy with my experience. When I went to pick up my car, which had a new starter installed, it did not start. Mechanic told me he had to jump the battery in order to start the car after he installed the new starter. instead of replacing the new starter, he blamed the problem on my brand new battery, and tried various means to get the car started. Eventually, he sent me to another Mr. Tire, and they told me that the installed starter was defective. I am now in the process of trying to get the defective starter replac... read more

I came there with only slightly more than an hour till close with what turned out to be an absolutely shredded right rear tire. Dave Kosakowski had me out the door with two new rear tires (necessary given all wheel drive) at a very reasonable price. I will be back for the fronts in a few months!
