Stereotypical Scammer Mechanics – These guys are your stereotypical scammer mechanics. I took my vehicles here for oil changes in the past. I live in an apartment complex, otherwise I'd change my own oil. I guess they assume that since I use a mechanic, I don't know anything about cars. Every time I take a car for an oil change they offer a free tire rotation (how generous). This gives them an excuse to "examine" your brakes. Horrible Service – I had a horrible experience with Monro . I took my car in because my heat was not working. I after 5-6 days of back and forth with the mechanics they couldn't fix the problem and REFUSED to help me. I bring my car to my fathers friend who is a mechanic and he takes apart the console and shows me that the Monro mechanics had broken some parts and tried to hide them under the console!!!!
