This is my 2nd review on this shop amd my last time going to this place of business. I was told that my window wouldn't go up because the motor needed to be replaced (come to find out ir was the relay not the motor), and they would need my warranty paperwork to contact the company to make sure its covered. I brought in my paperwork for my warranty and it was kept for 2 weeks, the company was never contacted about my warranty, and i was never contacted or kept in the loop on whats going on. rought my vehicle in to have the passenger side window fixed on Saturday, received no information on the car until Monday when we were called and told it needed a new motor and regulator for the window, and that the price would be $383.02 and after a student discount $347.98, still about the average cost of around 200-300. Upon going to pick my car up, I was told it was not the motor and regulator, but a master switch which is sold at any auto zone for around $110. I needed new brakes on my car and a friend of mine suggested that I go to Monro on Riverview drive in Kalamazoo. Kurt the manager was awesome along with his staff. I had my car back to me within an hour brakes and all.
New manager Kurt is fabulous. Store looks fantastic compared to what it looked like under the last managers. Nice friendly techs. If you were frustrated with Monroe last couple of yahoo's come back and try it again under this new manager. He has his shit together, this store is going to take off again.
