Manager was very polite and courteous. Took his time in finding my vehicles past experiences here. Only recommendation from me based on many years of being a customer is to clean up the floor of the work area. Other than that I always had good experiences. Perhaps one suggestion, with all vehicles having light colored seats perhaps design a seat cover not just a floor mat. Thanks for listening. Tom Nocella
If I could give no stars I would. They took my car for a test ride without my knowledge and scraped the bottom front. After reporting it, the manager who wasn't present at the time, screamed up and down like a 5 year old and basically said I was lying. I now have to pay the damages out of my pocket. Pay the extra money and go to the dealer. This was a simple oil change that cost me $560.
