Horrible experience they have a “Manager in training” that does not know a thing of anything in the store. I took the car in early March to get new tires. Asked for cheapest tires they first tell me ballpark 800$. Which was already more then I wanted to spend as I asked for the cheapest available option. When they called me back to finalize the pricing they tried switching the price and saying it would’ve been 1100$ from 800 to 1100$. These guys are easy going and they aim to please. I was a walk in and they took care of me with no resistance.
On Sunday (3/16), my car started having issues with aggressive wheel shaking, a loud clunking noise, and a burning smell. Dropped my car off Sunday night and showed a video to the mechanic at the desk so he could see the wheel shaking and hear the clunking. Got a call the Monday morning that the suspension was fine and they can’t see an issue and why the wheel would shake unless it’s at a certain mph.
