I am extremely satisfied with the value and their obvious consideration for my time spent. I could have gone to other places for the same work, I am happy I chose Monro. I trust these guys.
I asked if they could look at my AC and they did it within 2 hrs of my call. Very courteous and professional business.
Ordered some tires online and had them shipped to this location to be installed. Showed up at the scheduled time to be informed that they were not going to do the install, because there was only one person there. When I asked why he didn't call me to let me know he said, "it's our policy to let people come in and tell them in person". That's pretty ridiculous. I’ve been living in Hanover for 5 years and Mr. Zehall always has taken care of me and my care. From headlights to tires. Quick fast service. Great customer service. Breaks down everything for people that don’t know too much about cars and I’m greatful for him.
They were absolutely fantastic! Took my car earlier than my appointment, were very fast, they explained what was wrong easily, I didn’t feel lost. The man who is I think their manager was extremely pleasant and nice. Always a friendly face when I go there.
Scam artists. Watch your wallet! They quote repairs you do not need. Go somewhere else! They said I needed a new front end $1025, nothing wrong with it.
Found this shop very professional courteous and inexpensive. Will definitely come back. Would recommend making an appointment as shop gets very busy.
