I've been here twice now - both times without an appointment- and Vincenzo has taken excellent care of me. The service is friendly and thorough. Most recently I stopped by because my car was having difficulty accelerating. It turns out the transmission fluid had almost entirely leaked out. If they wanted to charge me a lot, I would have been an easy target - I know very little about cars, but do know the transmission is important. I walked in thinking this may be a $$$ job. This place is a nothing but a den of thieves and scam artists. They charged me a huge amount for a supposed brake work, including a brake fluid change. I then went to Sears a couple of weeks later to buy tires and they pointed out I needed a brake fluid change. I showed them the bill from Monro and they said that I was literally ripped off. I called Monro talked to the Manager and he said it was a mistake and to have it done at Sears and they will reimburse me. I had to go back to Monro three times to get my money back and M... read more
