"I visited today for a tire installation appointment at 1:00 p.m. regarding an online order. Unfortunately, the service provided by the elderly gentleman at the counter was unacceptable. He was unprofessional and rude, frequently raising his voice and interrupting me while I tried to explain my situation. As a customer, I believe this level of service is inappropriate and disrespectful."
Walked in with an appointment already made. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending. I told him that I had a flat and needed a new tire and that there might be an issue with my wheel itself. He straight up said what do you want me to do about it?
