I visited MONRO for an oil change after purchasing a Groupon coupon for $35, which seemed like a great deal. It's impossible for someone to be so rude and work in customer service. I left my car for tire alignment and balancing and had the worst possible experience. Besides the damage they did, the service also worsened the handling. He was extremely rude. What an arrogant and arrogant person that man is who works there.
