Front office person is very rude. He was sleeping at the front desk at 8am. He never presented an estimated invoice before changing my 4 tires. When paying he forgot to include the discount and automatically added the road hazard service. The web site is very misleading and border fraudulent. It show a total price without sales tax but does not show the tire installation cost and the cost of other services like alignment. Joey and Gene, great workers, prompt service, honest guys. I had a hell of a time finding tires for my Civic, which I thought would be a breeze. It wasn't! I took my car in for some routine maintenance stuff and saw they have a huge inventory of tires ready to go which can be the difference between driving around like a stud and having your car sit for a couple days.
