Incredible and outstanding service. John has 44 years of experience, and took his time, energy, and his team to help diagnose my car properly. Since I am not from this area, it was hard for me to trust a good auto repair man, and make sure I receive the proper cost/advice. Well, Monro earned my business and will highly recommend John's Monro shop to anyone I know!! Without a doubt, I knew my car was in great hands, and will continue to be a customer!!
Some of the WORST work I've ever seen. I could have done a better job installing a BRAND NEW exhaust that I provided them with a rock and a hammer. Seriously, I've never seen welds this bad. They butchered a $500 exhaust and then lied about it. I cant even drive the car Ruined my catalytic converter by welding the "pipe" they put on it directly to it. After they called me and tried to tell me I needed a new muffler (the brand new one I GAVE THEM was in the trunk) they relized they screwed up and lied about it. There are alot... read more

Great place for an oil change This place is great! The staff is friendly and they never pressure you into buying additional services or parts! They are pretty fast (around 20 min. if they aren't busy). I definately recommend them!
