I am writing about the Auburn, IN location for Monro Muffler. My 18- year-old, college bound, son needed new rear shocks on his car. He had taken it to another very well- respected repair facility in the area, but they could not get the car in on time before leaving for college. That facility quoted him $250, Monro quoted him $243 and a lifetime warranty AND could get it in on Saturday, this was Thursday.
