The service was terrible, management need better customer service. I asked them to check my tires didn’t do it no tire rotation no windshield fluid trash I will never go back
Went in for an alignment. Had an evaluation with the pep boys prior to. And had everything fixed (have receipt). The mechanic tried to tell me I needed control arms after having me wait 5+ hrs. When I informed them the work had been done. They had an attitude with me and completed the alignment. Total wait time 6 hrs when told it would be done in 1 hr.

Christopher and his team were very professional and replaced my cv axle quickly. They were honest and up front with the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend supporting this Baltimore based local shop.
There was a person, I don’t know his name but he was very rude and not helpful at all. Bad service for that much money.
