I went the Wolcott Road store in Waterbury to get my wiper blades replaced and get an estimate on a bigger project. The assistant manager at this store was incredibly helpful. He was handling several things at once but he managed it easily. He was also thoughtful and polite to me. I appreciated it. I will return to this store for future work simply for the way I was treated by this employee.
Every single person I came in contact with was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everyone was helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Kevin and his colleagues stayed past closing to complete our brake job. They detected noise during test drive and had us bring car back next day to rectify problem. Excellent service.
