I use Monroe on the east end of Charleston. Earlier this week I dropped my Honda off for an oil change and to replace a headlight. When I picked it up later they had forgotten to change the headlight so they did it at that time and didn’t charge me. They admitted to their mistake and made it right. That’s great customer service.
