I went in recently for an oil change to the Monro in Portand by BJ's. When my car was there they went through it without my asking them to do so. Now, I have kiddos that ride in my car so being safe is important to me. That being said...they told me that my brakes were shot and then showed me that my brakes are shot. I was able to have them fix it. It took them only an hour to do it and I have a lifetime warranty on them. I couldn't go wrong. Brian the manager was friendly and very helpful. I have never in my life met such unprofessional people in my life. We went in for a break change which they quoted us $700 for. We were also told it would be complete in 1 hrs time. In the process of installing these new brakes, they broke the steering knuckle. And went on a hunt around junk yards for a steering knuckle to install into our vehicle. Not caring that someones family is behind that wheel, and that if that it a fault part that it would be a matter of life of death every time ones family is behind that wheel. They... read more
I had my 04 Dodge Durango in last week and I was ticked off something fierce! I had Jiff...another garage work on my truck only to hear a grinding sound under my car. I happen to be by Monro and stopped in. They didn't charge me to diagnose my car. They were able to fix the problem very cheaply for me and were super nice. The manager bought me a cup of coffee because the job took a while. I am definitely going back!
