My car died on the highway this morning and I was towed here. I thought the issue might be just that I had run out of gas, but I wasn’t sure. The person who helped me at Monro was so nice and had my car checked out straight away. When it turned out that it was indeed just the gas, they let me know and sent me on my way without even charging me for their time. They failed my car and tried to scam me to replace parts that don't even exist for thousands of dollars not knowing I'm a mechanic. Hard to think what would have happened to someone else. Brought the vehicle to another garage to repair what failed. Presented them the report and estimate. They lifted the vehicle and inspected the steering and agreed that the parts that were "out of specification" did not exist and that the steering and suspension were fine.
