I scheduled an appointment for Monday 8/10/2026 to have the front and rear brakes replaced. I left the vehicle there on Saturday because they were in terrible repair, they said that's fine we'll start working on it first thing in the morning. Monday arrived and I called a few times to check on the status of the repairs. I never got an answer from the shop. I went to Monro Auto service today after getting a flat tire yesterday. I made an appointment online, after they mounted the tire it was pointed out that it was the wrong size. No fault of theirs I ordered that tire and the car wasn't with me. They were very understanding, carried the tire back in and put the correct size on without hesitation! The office manager was super nice, and even laughed when I pointed out it was my fault, I know I typed the wrong size in. 10/10 would recommend.
I called to make an appointment and the appointment was confirmed. I was told my oil change would be $49 and some change. Came in for the appointment and was told it would be $109 . This company needs to get their website, call service, and physical locations in sync. The previous time I went to this location for service was to have my snow tires put on. I made an appointment, showed up for the appointment, and then was told that the tech wasn't in yet and I'd have to come back several hours later. I will not be using this l... read more
