ZERO STARS! I got a decent amount of work done awhile back. Im late to this review because Ive called multiple times looking to speak with a manager regarding my purchase and work was NOT DONE, and I have YET to hear back. At first I was told the manager would call back. A week later I was told that the manager who was on charge at the time no longer works there and cant return my call. Very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Talked me out of getting certain things done to my car cause I didn’t need it and it saved me money. Got all four brakes done into tires needed. New calipers gave me a discount.
i was SHOCKED to see that this place had any decent reviews after my latest experience here. if you’re looking to pay someone to break your car, this is the place! unprofessional, sexist, terrible mechanics. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Never come here they upsell you on work they didn't even do and are incredibly lazy workers. Car took almost two days to get a replacement battery as well as an oil change how does that happen. Be prepared to be talked down to and called sweetheart if you are not a man.
ZERO STARS!!!!! I made an appointment to have my battery checked out, an oil leak fixed and have an oil change done. Tell me why I paid $1000 to leave with more issues than I came in with. Firstly, I drop my car off at 9am Thursday morning. They said “no problem it’ll be fixed by 7pm” I call them around 4pm to let them know I will pick up the car at 7:30am Friday morning so I can go straight to work.
