Had an appointment and they were closed. A gentleman who also had an appointment said they destroyed his car, and showed a broken piece hanging off his nice car. Wow i must of dodged a bullet.
I dropped my car off at 909 Hanover Street in Manchester (Monroe) around 8:30 AM for an alignment. I was told it would take about 2 hours. When I checked in at noon, the boss said he needed 2 more hours. When I came back before 2 PM, the shop was closed with no sign. I waited until around 4:20, had no communication, and missed picking up my daughter from school. I expected basic updates and professional service, but got neither. My partner scheduled an appointment to get new tires placed, they told him on the phone they could do it same day, then when he got there said it would be overnight. We reschedule, then today they said again they’d need it overnight after saying they could do it same day. They keep claiming they’re backed up and said he’d have to “get in line.” We went and got the tires put on somewhere else, same day. I understand being busy but they should set proper expectations in advance when they make appointments
