Set up an inspection for our car today Guy outside ignored me after making eye contact when I was asking where he would like me to park the car. When walking in I greeted and told him we were there for an inspection. He said that our car wouldn't pass because it was "lowered" and had an "aftermarket exhaust" This car was actually lifted and taller than stock. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service. I booked an appointment online a week in advance for a tire issue. When I arrived, I was told the “tire guy” should look at it based on how I was describing the problem, but he was out. I was told, “the system lets you schedule whenever you want and leaves it to us to see if it's reasonable." Frustrating, as it would have been nice to get a call ahead of time if this was planned time away, especially since I left work and booked this out in advance, but ok- things happen, fine... read more
One of the direcitonal tires was put on the wrong way, one tire had the sensor knock off so was rattling around inside the tire, the tool to remove nuts was not supplied and the car shock badly when reaching 50mph. Sorry to give a bad review but I find all of the above a service not well done.
Came in to get my tires changed and it was great service all around
