I've been using this place for a few years. They usually get the job done fine, but they've lately started using a call center to schedule appointments, and now nearly every time I make one I get a follow up call from them telling me that slot isn't available. It's never their fault, there's never anything they can do, etc. I've had the same issue with coupons I get in the mail.
