I made appointment online, for service for my car. Friendly greeting at front desk. Service was in appropriate timeframe and communication was good.
I needed to get my wife’s car inspected for its safety sticker. Due to snow, work, and other responsibilities I didn’t schedule an appointment until the last day of the month. I expected to wait a long time but the mechanic quickly and efficiently performed the job. The inspection gave the car a clean bill of health but the mechanic pointed out a few items to look at in 5 to 10k miles.
