I've been to a lot of different Monro locations as I've been using them for years for the majority of the cars I have owned, but this location is definitely my favorite with the best staff. They are always super friendly, very accommodating, knowledgeable and honest. It's always a pleasant experience whenever I visit and I really appreciate the help from the staff when I'm there. I came in late due to the roadwork on Carpenter Street. The gentleman working I have seen there before some time ago. Tall with glasses. I want to say he’s either Spanish or Cape Verdean. I’m Cape Verdean so everyone always thinks I’m Spanish. He’s very calm, extremely kind, and super easy going. As this review continues, you will understand why I speak so highly of him.
