Came back to location for second time. Around 4pm. I guess the guy didn’t want to take any more inspections even though they close @7 and told me to come back. I’m not! Ill be going to another location

Dropped my truck off they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I made an appointment but was fixed and my truck was left, for 2 weeks I heard nothing until my wife called and was told the could not do my truck because it was electrical I asked why they did not call as he looked at it last week 5 days past he said he was busy. As if that makes leaving me with out a truck and no communication ok.
