Done sooner than promised. The man who took the order could have done better by listening to what i asked. I said, at about 9:30 am, "do you have time for an oil change this morning.?" He said it might take 2 hours. That's still morning. I wanted to pick up the car in 2 hours but would have had to make other plans if it took 3. That would be afternoon.
Won't recommend, if I could I would give this shop 0 stars
Don't waste your time coming here because they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to RI state laws and inspections, On top of that nothing but rude and ignorant employees who don't know what customer service is!!
The guy "Ken" was very short tempered and harsh! He treated his coworkers like they were nothing but in his way.
The people there are cool. Very straight to the point and honest. Even when busy they're as quick as possible and seem to have done everything very well.
