Pathetic 2 and half hrs to change 4 tires
This location used to be awesome with a great manager and staff. That is no longer the case. While waiting for my vehicle, I witnessed overt racism from the manager. He refused to serve a customer with limited English. After the person left, he said to a coworker that he "really didn't feel like dealing with that (language barrier) today". The staff member that performs inspections is also extremely unprofessional. Numerous times, he came up to the front desk swearing and loudly complaining about customers and coworkers. Turned away because I was trying to use groupon.
Walked in without an appointment for an oil change. They told me it would take about an hour, but I was in and out in just 25 minutes! The manager was awesome and efficient. 10/10 experience!
I had a poor experience last time I came to this location but waited until a second similar experience to post. When getting new tires and oil change elsewhere, there was a part they would not touch due to prior work Monro did, and they did not want to be liable if it broke. So I drove it to Monro when a Toyota tech was there to address the issue. They blamed the location I originally went to even though the original location lost out on money by refusing to do the repair. But this time… I called to schedule a yearly inspect... read more
