Women beware. I’m not sure if this location has changed ownership or management within the last year or two, because I had used them previously without an issue. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was completely different. I dropped my car off for a routine inspection and later received a call telling me that I needed over $1,200 worth of work, including two new tires. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful I brought them w car from a dealership for a pre-buy inspection and they told me about all the problems it had and saved me from a lemon the managers Jordan and Johnny are amazing they helped me understand what all the things meant on the report in terms I could actually understand
Women beware. Why do four tires need removed for an oil change? Wife took vehicle here for quick oil change, they were late to pull vehicle back, dilly dallied, then tried to do additional inspections to build a larger invoice. My observation is they tired to take advantage of female customer and assumed she wasn't knowledgeable. Hate when stereotypes are thru. Go somewhere else.
