They don't keep their appointments.
I'll come here for years.But the recent managers must have changed. Old dude named Jodie was great, never full of crap always told it how it is....new people are a joke. Took almost 48 hrs to get a scheduled oil change done....they got car done late, I told the guy id be there a few minutes after 5....had to run after him at the red light bc they locked up trying to rush out for the super bowl. Last time I deal with these clowns.
The guys in the shop are very kind, helpful, and great at explaining what’s going on with your vehicle. I was there on a busy, cold day for them and they were still speedy with my service!
Zero stars if I could. I waited 5 hrs for a service they said would take 60 - 90 minutes then after that wait someone tells me they are not able to do the service at all. Something their mechanic said they could’ve told me 5 hours earlier but management didn’t. Apparently they are very limited on what Honda CRV brake work they can do. Don’t go here.
