DO NOT bring your vehicle here!! I scheduled an inspection for my car on Sunday. My car ran perfectly fine. They called and said the car needed the struts replaced to pass inspection. I said ok and paid the $550 to have them replace them. My brother picked up the car that evening and said it was making a noise and driving weird so he took it back Saturday morning. When I called to make the appointment, I asked how much it would cost and the lady said $98 minus a $20 rebate for a total of $78. She then transferred me to a man working in the location and he confirmed that information and said that there would be a $20 coupon that they can use at their location. I reiterated the pricing to the man who checked me in. He didn’t comment, I should’ve been more assertive. When the work was done, it was $150 when I complained they reduced it to &130.
