I'm very pleased. I walked out of my office at 1pm to find two flats, suggesting I hadn't looked in a good while, and my tow service had my car at this shop barely 2 hours later. Dave, the manager, was highly professional, showed me why (worn tread, rot on the sides), quoted me a fair price and a solid 3 year warranty, and had everything done in about an hour. Went for an oil change, they didn’t ask what oil I wanted, they assumed I wanted full synthetic and charged me way more than I was expecting. I do not think it’s okay to assume that someone wants to pay that much for an oil change. Save your money and go somewhere else.
scammers! did not honor groupon voucher unless I paid extra $60
Took my car in for suspension noise and they did an entire inspection finding multiple problems that had nothing to do with the noise and gave me a quote and said my car would take a few days. One of these things was that my front and rear brakes were bad, at 3 and 4 mm. I was also told my coolant was empty - don’t think I’d be able to drive too far without coolant but whatever.
