James & Doug to save the day!!! I realized I had a screw in my tire while I was out working. I stopped in Monro and these good ol’ boys stopped everything they were doing to get me in and out with the quickness! They were short staffed and had an overly busy day but that didn’t stop them from showing some extra kindness. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you fellas greatly!
Bypass the call center if possible because the customer service from the shop was excellent. I’m a repeat customer and know Fenton has many options, Munro did right by me.
