My car was taken care of in a timely fashion even though they were busy.I was kept informed of how it was going.The person who I spoke with was polite informative.The desk person was very helpful,polite.Ibwould come back,recommend this shop. I have been here multiple times.
I always have a positive experience with this location. The staff are honest and professional. They are fair with their work, bill for fair amounts of time and transparent. They take us out to show us what we need to know on my vehicle and never pressure us to have them do the work. They give us options and guidance if we prefer to do some work ourselves. I can not say enough how pleased we are as we have had very poor experiences at other mechanics so have plenty to compare to. Thanks for being reliable!
