My sister bought 4 new tires and got the warranty, but on Monday when we went to request the warranty for one of the tires, they told us that she first had to make an appointment. The tire had screws in it, and we mentioned that it was going to go flat, but they didn’t say anything. I had an excellent experience with Monro. I had a flat on the highway and AAA sent a tow truck driver who was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. He brought my car to Monro. I got a new tire and they also fixed a sensor light for me. They were so helpful quick and efficient and kept in touch with me through the whole process. I highly recommend Monro in New Britain!
Took them 8 hours to do a simple 4 tire swap and alignment.
Great Customer Service, the staff are nice , knowledgeable, they ask questions and they give you honest advice. Have coming here for years. Thank You.
