I feel bad leaving this review because I blame management for the issues at this location. To start there was gentleman who was working on his day off and was not familiar with the area. Only 1 tech on site. He and another employee were trying to fix an issue with the computer with another person on the phone (assuming another employee) i had an appointment for 3pm (included email confirmation) which they were unable to find in their computer system.
