Disappointed with the recent experience at this business. I have been a customer for years and it’s been a great place. I’m sure it still is, it takes a lot for me to post a review, especially an unfavorable one. I made an appointment early this week for today that was doubly confirmed via email and text message throughout the week. My muffler system was loud all of a sudden. I had replaced the exhaust system 1 year and 3 months and 12000 miles prior. Monro replaced the exhaust pipe no charge. Manager Gordon Beck went above and beyond to make it right. I dropped my car off on a Sunday, they needed to wait for the part in hopes to get the job done by end of day Monday. They did just that while keeping in contact with me the whole day. Highly recommend Monro Auto Service.
